Refund Eligibility

- We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of enrollment for eligible courses.
- Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.
- Special Offers:
- No refunds are applicable for courses purchased during any special offers, deals, or discounts.
- EMI Payments:
- Refunds are not applicable for courses purchased via EMI (Equated Monthly Installments).
- Once the 2nd, 3rd, or subsequent EMI payments are made, no refund requests will be entertained.
How to Request a Refund

- Mobile Number
- Email ID
- Enrolled Course Name
- Payment Screenshot
- Reason for the Refund
Refund Process
- Once a refund request is received and approved by our team, the refund will be initiated within 3-4 business working days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the user’s account within 5-7 business days from the date of initiation.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will be processed only if the request complies with our terms and the necessary details are provided.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways during the refund process.
