1. What is the QRT Team?

QRT stands for Quick Response Team. This team helps students, professionals, and business owners by quickly answering their questions about our courses and services.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Reply to Customers on Calls, WhatsApp, Emails, Forms, and Live Chats.
  • Give Clear & Correct Information about our courses and services.
  • Solve Common Issues or Guide Customers to the right solution.
  • Be Polite & Helpful in all responses.
  • Send Complex Issues to the right team for further help.

Role, Responsibilities, and Requirements – Your main responsibility is to understand users’ questions and provide the correct answers quickly.

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to speak Hindi and basic English
  • Fast and accurate writing in both English and Hindi
  • A good Laptop/PC
  • A stable internet connection
  • A noise-free work environment
  • This is a work-from-home job.
  • Make sure it is a Full-time job.

How you can join QRT – Process (Click on Apply > Shortlist > Written Test > Interview > Onboarding)

After Onboarding – Once you join, your training will begin. We will provide all the necessary information, tools, content, and guides to help you answer user queries correctly. After 1 week of training, you will start handling some user queries. If you manage them well without mistakes, we will assign your final role and work timings.
